In anticipation of the Solar Eclipse, Hamilton County Electric Cooperative will be closing its offices on Monday April 8. Precautionary measures will be implemented to ensure readiness for any emergencies that may arise during this event. This Decision is made to alleviate traffic congestion and prioritize the safety and well-being of both our employees and members.
While our offices will be closed, HCEC staff will be available to assist with outage reports. Please note that depending on the location of outages or specific issues, there may be longer response times due to potential traffic congestion.
Furthermore, please take note that payment locations in Ft. Gates, Lometa, Kempner, and Goldthwaite will also be closed on Monday April 8.
